My DIY guest book globe

DIY

chalkboard globe

When I was planning my wedding. I wanted to have a guest book that was   something unique and to keep out as a decor, instead of a book put away. So I came up with a guest book globe. I had a globe that I bought at my local goodwill store for $3, gave it a little makeover with some chalkboard paint and it was done. My guest sign the globe with a white marker so it wouldn’t smear with chalk . All my guest had a great time signing it and now I have it here at home to look at everyday and read all the sweet notes my family and friends wrote.

Our wedding

Sept. 22,2012 the day I married my best friend/lover/soulmate

Not only this was the best day of my life and shared it with all are family and friends .. My husband and I could not be any more happier<3 Our wedding was in Temecula, in a private vineyard & Our theme was rustic/vintage. Through the time my husband and I were planning it out, I just have one tip of advice to those who are planning their wedding : ” DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE LITTLE THINGS!” because at the end of the day when you see your guest dancing the night away with a few glass of wine, you’ll now that all the little stuff you freak out on won’t matter at the end of the not..

well…. hope you everyone enjoyed these few pictures that I have, I will be posting a few more later on..

I lived in Missouri for almost a year. It was different but in a good way and also a big change from beautiful california weather to missouri’s super hot or freezing cold weather. My husband and I lived in St. Charles an hour away from St. Louis where the people are so sweet! There were so many things to do in good o’ Missouri, caves, museums , the zoo, downtown, helicopters ride, farms and so much more! At times I do miss living in missouri and our little apartment but I’m glad I’m back in California with my family and friends.

Happy saturday everyone! Quick post. I wore this outfit earlier today and I was not in the mood to style it up( I should say) adding some accessories, leather jacket?, or maybe a jean jacket but today was so nice. The weather was perfect, I just decided to go simple.
